Then our system will securely store them and automatically recall them each time you login in to the site – making online shopping much more efficient for you. You will only need to reenter your credit card payment details each time, which guarantees the safe and secure processing of your order.

Koko Body respects your privacy and never sells, distributes or shares your information with any third party. We collect and keep your information strictly confidential. If you have subscribed to our e-newsletter we will email you with products, advice and information that is relevant. If you wish to stop receiving our e-newsletter, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list anytime.
Processing your order
Orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving them.
However, orders received during the weekend or on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed the following business day.
We like to keep you posted, so we will send you an email to let you know when your product has been dispatched.
Making your secure payment
Koko Body uses internationally secure payment gateway, Stripe.
Your security is Stripe’s top priority. They combine world-class anti-fraud detection with 24/7 account monitoring to keep you safer. Your personal and financial details are securely encrypted to ensure your money and information stays safer when you pay with Stripe. Plus, your financial information is never shared.
You don’t need a Stripe account to use their services, just click on the payment link and Stripe accepts payment using VISA and MasterCard.
All purchases are made in New Zealand dollars.
Any information you send will be encrypted when it is entered and when in transit. Your information remains totally confidential. Your payment is secure!
Returns and Refund Policy
We are happy to make a full refund to you if for the unlikely reason your Koko Body product is proven to be faulty. To make a return and claim a refund, contact us at email@example.com to have our customer service team help you out. Returns and Refunds must be requested within 7 days of receiving product.
Please note that within our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not offer product refunds or exchanges for change of mind or dislike of texture or fragrance of a product after purchase.
We accept responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand but we need you to keep the damaged item so the courier company can see the damage. We offer an exchange or refund for damaged items through transit or if they have an inherent product defect, but we will need you to return the product in question to us so we can follow up with our suppliers. You must notify us by phone or email within 7 days on receipt of a damaged product, otherwise, we may not be able to guarantee exchange or replacement. We cannot accept the responsibility of the product once delivery has been made.
We dispatch online shop orders to our customers as quickly as possible, customers in New Zealand can expect to receive your order within 2 – 7 working days of placing it. Overseas Customers can expect to receive their order 7-21 days of placing it. In the event that your order will be delayed we will advise you by email.
You acknowledge and agree that any times or dates given by us for delivery of the products are estimates only and we are not liable for any delay in delivery. Orders placed during a weekend or public holiday may be delivered outside of this timescale. We make every effort to dispatch our products on time, but, except to the extent required by law (including without limitation the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993), we do not accept liability for a failure to deliver within the stated time or shortages, incorrect orders or damage to deliveries which are apparent on delivery unless you notify us in writing within 7 days’ of delivery.
If we are unable to deliver the products within 30 days beginning with the day after our acceptance of your order, you will be entitled to cancel the order and require any amounts paid to us in respect of that order to be refunded.
Where you place separate orders the products will be delivered separately and a separate delivery charge may apply to each order. Where you order more than one item in one order, all products for which your order is accepted at the same time will be dispatched together where practicable. However, in some cases products may be dispatched separately.
You acknowledge that risk in the products passes to you upon delivery of the products to your nominated delivery address in your order but title to the products passes to you on the date on which full payment has been received by us for all the products supplied to you.
